Hello Dear Luminous Reader,

Normally, I'd be writing to let you know all about the exciting theme for this month's Sonic Acupuncture session.

I've been sitting with this for a while… tuning into things, waiting to see what would arise.

Nothing is arising.

And for good reason.

My body knew what was coming

A few months ago I wrote to you about The Shape of Things to Come and how my body told me it was time to pause writing my weekly Monday Messages after 3 years.

I didn't realize why until a week later when my mother fell and fractured her femur.

I had to say no to a lot of things during that time.

What a tremendous breakthrough that was!

Years ago I would have tried to do it all, feeling obligated to support everyone and get it all done.

All the inner work over the last few years has taught me how to be there for myself.

It's made me more resilient as I navigate these critical times with grace.

Life kept coming at me…

Then Leeloo got really sick and ended up in the hospital.

While extremely stressful, the whole experience was oddly magical.

When we arrived at our usual ER, they told me the wait would be hours. So trusting the universe, we went to another one closer to home.

Turns out it was the only hospital with a critical care unit, and my father's best friend's daughter happened to be one of the vets on staff.

Divine orchestration at work!

Leeloo recovered beautifully with the help of the amazing doctors plus some of my magic added to the mix… light therapy and colorpuncture.

The before and after pictures in one session are irrefutable evidence of the healing power of light.

This past week our 17-year-old chihuahua, Sasha, suffered a traumatic brain injury.

That same ER became invaluable again – I knew exactly where to take her and had complete confidence in the care she'd receive.

Sasha loves the green light and asks me for it. Once I turn it on she immediately calms down, repositioning herself so the light can shine on different parts of her head.

Your body speaks. The universe orchestrates. Trust both.

The power of deciding

Through all this I was also caring for my foster Nora, who had bonded deeply with Osho. Part of me didn't want her to go, to protect him from heartbreak.

It became crystal clear that I couldn't adequately care for her with the level of attention Sasha needs.

It was a hard stop for me.
Not an easy one, but a necessary one.
I can't be everything to everybody.

This past Saturday's adoption event, the Universe provided not only a foster but potentially a forever family that meets all my criteria for her best life. 🙏🏻

I'm here to tell you that being crystal clear in what you want will accelerate its manifestation.

You may consciously want something, but subconsciously hold yourself back.

Making the decision is the crux – the tipping point – in conscious creation.

You'd think with all this stress my chronic headaches would be worse, but they’re surprisingly less frequent and less intense.

Interestingly, my work is deepening at the same time, becoming more honed and expanded.

P.S. Mom is healing well and committed to getting back to using her cane. Go mom! Leeloo’s liver enzymes are almost back to normal. Sasha is amazing us each day on her healing path. My clients are living more fully and experiencing their magical power as conscious creators.
