For weeks I've been waiting for the theme for this month's Sonic Acupuncture to drop in...

Radio silence. Nothing was coming.

And then I realized - there is no theme.

This IS the theme.

Being present and open with what is.

Meeting what's alive for you now.

When I tune in to tomorrow's session...

Rather than it taking me out into future time, it's taking me down.

When I look into the depths of that cavernous space...

→ I see long standing patterns ready to be met.
→ I see the tender parts of you needing to be held with love and compassion.
→ I see those in the midst of intense changes holding on the best way they know how.

There's a global shift going on that's impacting our personal lives at levels I've not seen before.

It's been a bumpy ride and we're almost on the other side.

If you're here, it's because you know deep down you're a part of the change.

You are an Inner Activist.

Your inner work impacts the collective shift.
